The Red Cross provides disaster relief services to people affected by disasters 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. These services are free and a gift from the American people.
Each year, the American Red Cross responds to more than 70,000 disasters, most from house or apartment fires. The American Red Cross also provides awareness and educational information to the public to help save lives and reduce injuries.
The Paducah chapter of the American Red Cross is in need of volunteers to help with clerical work in the office, help with building maintenance, community education about disaster relief, and fundraising.
